A corporate dissolution agreement is more or less a divorce. When a corporation dissolves, the principles have to decide what happens to company assets, who gets what, how to settle disputes...stuff like that. They create a legally-binding corporate dissolution agreement that puts it all in writing. Like I said...just like a divorce.
