I wouldn't recommend it, unless you're really sure the file is no longer needed. Files with an EPG extention are created by assistive software from Dynavox which is designed to provide computer-assisted communication for the disabled. The software is used directly by the disabled, as well as by educators, parents and caregivers. So like I said, don't delete it, unless you're sure no one needs it any longer.
