How can I buy a used FEMA camper or trailer?

Remember all those emergency shelter trailers after Hurricane Katrina?  Miles and miles of them.  Well guess what?  A lot of them are now up for sale, pretty cheap.  So is a lot of other surplus government equipment, like campers, cars and vans, and even houses.  You can see what's available in your neighborhood, and put in a bid at government auction websites.
