Who regulates nuclear power?

Here in the U.S., the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is the watchdog for nuclear power plants and other uses of nuclear materials (mostly in medicine and research). Other countries have their own nuclear regulatory agencies, and the International Atomic Energy Agency keeps an eye on things as materials move between countries.
