Medicare does indeed cover mental health. Actually, Medicare is fairly comprehensive in its coverage of medical conditions, although it doesn't cover 100% of all costs. Like most health insurance plans, there are deductibles and co-pays to consider, and these certainly apply to mental health treatments as well.
