PayPal does indeed offer credit cards to its clients, known as the PayPal Plus MasterCard. PayPal also offers debit cards, and provides a way for online merchants to accept credit card payments from their customers for e-commerce transactions. At one time, PayPal offered a plug-in that provided a "secure card" which generated a unique "disposable" credit card number for each transaction. However, this feature is no longer provided by PayPal.
